The Einstein Proteomics Core provides service for both academic and non-academic projects. We perform mass spectrometry for the analysis of proteins, peptides and other selected families of biomolecules. Expert staff scientists are available to help plan and execute a successful proteomics based analysis. They also assist in data analysis, including statistics and data visualization. Please, find below some support for those who are interested in collaborating with us. Specifically:

  • Our Proteomics Cookbook, a small booklet with an overview of the most common proteomics experiments, their protocols and representative results.

  • Our pricing

  • Our documents describing resources and equipment (for grant purposes)

  • Two videos discussing proteomics data analysis

  • Graphs displaying the performance of our Core

THE PROTEOMICS COOKBOOK (v0.6)

We created a little booklet to assist customers of the Einstein Proteomics Core. The Core provides services for protein analysis of multiple kinds. This booklet is intended to help customers with the preparation of samples and also to brainstorm new ideas to analyze their model system.

PROTEOMICS CORE: PRICING

The prices for the proteomics core service are available to download. Please, click on the button below. Note that samples are intended as “blocks”, i.e. prices refer to blocks of 6 samples, not individual ones. Consultation, data processing and visualization is included in the costs.

Proteomics Core: resources and equipment

For grant submission, it is frequently required to upload a description of resources and equipment of the Cores utilized in the project. Please, find below the resources and equipment list of the Einstein Proteomics Core.
